What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us in the message. Trade registrations also include your company, shop and delivery address.
Why we have it
To reply to you, and — if you become a stockist — to set up and service your account. That is it. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
General enquiries are kept for up to two years. Trade and customer records are kept for as long as we trade with you, plus the period our accountants and HMRC require.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to work. If you add analytics or embedded video later, say so here and offer a way to opt out.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
