Toombi Firm
The everyday block. Holds its shape in a hot pan, takes on marinade fast, crisps at the edges without falling apart.
Toombi Extra Firm
Pressed harder and longer. Dense enough to grill, skewer or slice thin without a press at home.
Toombi Silken
Set soft and unpressed. Spoonable, custard-smooth, the base for everything from miso soup to chocolate mousse.
Toombi Smoked
Cold-smoked over beech for six hours. Deep, savoury and good enough to eat straight from the pack.
Toombi Marinated Sesame & Ginger
Cubes steeped in tamari, toasted sesame and fresh ginger. Ready to tip straight into a pan.
Toombi Soya Milk
Two ingredients: organic beans and spring water. Unsweetened, unthickened, tastes like actual soya.
